Logical Solver
Solve logic grid puzzles with automatic deduction.
Logic grid puzzles pair up items from several categories so that each item matches exactly one item in every other category. Set up your categories and items below, then mark what you know by clicking cells or adding clues. As you go, the solver fills in every relationship that logically follows, including deductions that carry across categories.
How it works
Pick how many categories and items each has, name them, then choose Build grid. New to it? Load example fills in a small four by four puzzle you can solve in one click.
In the grid, left click a cell to cycle it blank, no (✗), yes (✓), and back. Right click or long press sets yes directly. You can also enter clues in plain form such as Alice is not Green using the dropdowns.
Every time you make a change, the solver applies two rules until nothing more follows: within a pair, one yes per row and column rules out the rest; and a match shared with a third category copies across, so A matches B and B is not C means A is not C. If your clues ever conflict, it tells you so you can back one out.
The triangular and square buttons switch how the grid is laid out. Use Share link to copy a URL that recreates the whole puzzle, names and marks included.
