A ball bounces on a stack of rings around a central column. The ball only moves up and down. Drag left or right, or press the left and right arrow keys, to turn the whole tower until a hole in the ring below the ball lines up, and the ball drops through. Spiked sectors cost a life. A grinder descends from above if you stay on one ring too long.

How to play
The ball only ever moves up and down. What you turn is the tower, by dragging left or right anywhere on it, or with the arrow keys, or the two buttons under the stage.
Bring a hole in the ring under the ball and it drops through. Land on solid ring and you are caught, safely, and you can bounce there as long as you like while you line up the next one. Nothing pushes you off.
The spiked sectors are what cost you a life, and here is the thing worth knowing: a ball that is simply falling can never hit one. Nothing is ever put under a hole you just came through. Every spike you hit is one you turned into, which means the danger is not the drop, it is sweeping the tower past a spike while the ball is on its way down. Cross them while it is in the air.
Lose a life and you go back to the top of the band you were in, with the tower set on solid ground. Bands are the ringed floors you pass every dozen rings.
Fall through three rings in one go and the ball catches fire. While it is lit, the cracked rings shatter instead of catching you, and it keeps going down. That is the only thing the fire does, and cracked rings are wall until you have earned it. Look for the holes that line up into a shaft: that is where a run like that starts.
Do not stand still too long. A grinder follows you down and it never goes back up, so if you stop, it closes. Keep dropping and you outrun it easily; it is there to stop camping, not to hurry you.
The checkered band is the goal depth. Crossing it locks your reveal in and it is safe from that moment, even if the very next ring goes wrong. The run keeps going for your own best score.
Sound and vibration are both off until you turn them on, with the two small buttons above the tower. Vibration needs its own switch on, and what it does depends on the phone. On an Android phone the buzzes tell the moments apart. On an iPhone or iPad you feel your own touch and nothing else, because that is the only thing iOS lets a web page do.
