How to play KenKen
Fill the grid so every row and every column contains each number from 1 to the grid size exactly once, like Sudoku, with no number repeating in a line.
The grid is split into heavily outlined cages. The small clue in a cage's corner is a target and an operation. The numbers you place in that cage must combine to make the target:
- 6+ the cells add up to 6
- 2− the two cells differ by 2
- 8× the cells multiply to 8
- 3÷ one cell divided by the other is 3
- a lone number is just that cell's value, a freebie
A number may repeat inside a cage, as long as it is not twice in the same row or column. Tap a cell, then tap a number. Use Notes for pencil marks.
Fill the whole grid correctly to reveal the cache. Each puzzle is generated fresh on the server, so the answer is never hidden in this page.
